- Lead digitalization and automation initiatives using Agentic AI and RPA
- Scout and test innovative digital solutions for Supply Chain
- Define, standardize, and govern the enterprise supply-chain data model
- Provide leadership for cross-functional projects
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver supply chain digitalization and automation use cases
- Contribute to defining and governing the enterprise supply chain data model
- Continuously improve data standards for quality, integrity, and transparency
- Design and deliver analytical datasets and decision-support models
- Translate business needs into scalable data products
- Partner with vendors, DD&T, and stakeholders on solution design and delivery
- Ensure successful deployment and adoption of solutions
- Measure adoption and value realization
- Drive continuous improvement of solutions
- Scout, evaluate, and pilot emerging supply chain technologies
- Develop business cases and scale solutions with measurable value
- Lead cross-functional project delivery using governance and tools
- Develop team capabilities in digital, data, and delivery disciplines
- Coach and upskill team members
- Promote a data-driven culture across Supply Chain
