Anforderungen

University degree in industrial engineering or completed subject-related apprenticeship with initial work experience
Initial experience in project management methods and tools for process analysis and improvement such as Six Sigma, Lean, and agile project management
Experience in technical-oriented service, ideally in the Sartorius service environment
Relevant service management software knowledge and good SAP ERP knowledge (e.g. CS, SD, MM) and CRM knowledge are an advantage
Very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
Intercultural competences and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%)

Aufgaben

Develop global service business processes
Perform end-to-end service processes for international rollouts
Support interdisciplinary and global projects
Record process and system requirements from operational service
Ensure sustainable process documentation
Advise and train local service units on global processes
Conduct training sessions and optimize training documentation
Organize and perform system tests for changes and updates
Coordinate projects on processes, organization, and digitalization
