- Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Information Technology, or related field
- Professional experience in business intelligence and database management, including creation of analyses, dashboards, and reports
- In-depth know-how of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI applications, including development using DAX and Power Query M
- Experience with programming languages and tools such as Python and SQL
- Understanding of data modelling concepts and data quality principles
- Experience or interest in financial services industry, particularly in portfolio management, investment advisory, or financial analysis
- Independent, efficient, and accurate work
- Fluency in German and English

- Analyze data to support decisions for Investment Solutions Europe
- Develop management information reports to support decisions for Investment Solutions Europe
- Develop, enhance, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and translate needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain data models using Python and MS Fabric for reporting and analytics
- Act as a trusted contact for data and reporting topics within Investment Solutions Europe
- Cross-functionally collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data processes, reporting standards, and analytical capabilities
- Support management and business units with analysis, key metrics, and reports
- Ensure and continuously improve data quality and consistency
- Support distribution activities and growth through market analysis
