- Strong IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience in business development and preparing business proposals
- Understanding of institutional investment landscape and structures
- Experience with private-markets asset classes such as private equity/private debt
- Creative thinking with high standards of output
- Ability to communicate complex issues simply and coherently
- Very good German and English speaking and writing skills
Aufgaben
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Mercer’s investment research and client solutions
- Collaborate with sales and commercial leadership on business development activities
- Own key sales deliverables, including new business proposals and pitch materials
- Support the rollout of new tools and product launches
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies
- Conduct market research and gather intelligence
- Guide and coach junior colleagues
- Participate in the continuous development of the team
