Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related
- Relevant experience in Controlling, Finance, FP&A, or similar business function
- Confident working with financial data and translating numbers into business insights
- Strong analytical, pragmatic, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach
- At least 5-7 years of experience in financial and business controlling
- Acted as key finance partner/Business Controller in previous role
- Experience in project-based business
- Solid understanding and handling of financial processes in ERP systems
- English (min C1)
- SAP S4/HANA (public cloud) experience
- Aerospace industry knowledge
- Senior management exposure and international environment experience
Aufgaben
- Act as a sparring partner for the Business Unit in all financial matters
- Drive P&L, balance sheet, and free cash flow performance with BU leadership
- Control the business with key performance indicators
- Provide high transparency and consistency for unit success
- Prepare and communicate monthly financial reporting to senior management
- Provide insights and recommendations on financial performance
- Review and challenge project performance with BU Program Management
- Evaluate risks and opportunities with BU Program Management
- Conduct cost center reviews with BU functional leaders
- Evaluate cost-improvement opportunities
- Understand cash flow dynamics and dependencies of the units
- Influence the organization to drive cash flows
- Lead financial planning and analysis
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
- Build financial models and business cases for internal initiatives
- Build financial models and business cases for external customer projects
- Support internal and external audits
- Prepare financial documentation for audits
- Respond to audit requests
- Follow up on agreed audit actions
