  • •Partner with the Industry Segment leadership team
  • •Support operational and strategic decision-making
  • •Analyze operational results and budget deviations
  • •Monitor financial performance of the segment
  • •Suggest corrective actions and track improvements
  • •Establish periodical reports for the segment
  • •Prepare business and budget review meetings
  • •Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • •Provide cost calculations and inventory turn analysis
  • •Prepare investment decisions and manage Capex approvals
  • •Execute tasks according to the Delegation of Authority
  • •Collaborate with Segment and Corporate Controlling
  • •Manage production controlling for the Herisau site
  • •Define cost standard accounting for Radio-Frequency Technology
  • •Support sales teams in financial decision-making
  • •Serve as an Industry Segment management team member
