- In depth knowledge of CI theory
- Broad practical experience in CI leadership
- Lean and Six Sigma tools
- Fluent in German and English
- Good IT skills

Aufgaben
- Lead project selection and identify CI potentials.
- Conduct regular project reviews and reporting.
- Calculate monthly waste and CI savings.
- Lead projects using the DMAIC process.
- Implement Operations Transformation projects locally.
- Support Performance Board Meetings at plant and departmental levels.
- Analyze productivity and waste across all levels.
- Create and develop performance management systems.
- Provide Lean and Six Sigma tools and knowledge.
- Create and evolve templates and analysis tools.
- Familiarize with company philosophies and operations.
- Drive CI improvement plans across the organization.
- Promote CI standards internally and externally.
- Cultivate a culture of lean thinking within the business.
- Establish robust project plans and manage resources.
- Manage the budget process and cost center.
- Report and manage KPIs for management review.
- Contribute to wider operations-based projects.
- Promote best practice sharing within the site and group.
