- Proficiency in process modeling and documentation tools (UML, user stories, process flows)
- Experience on complex, data-driven initiatives
- Ability to define and monitor KPIs and quality metrics
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
- Certification in Business Analysis or Business Process Modelling (CBAP, IIBA)
- Certification in Product Management (CPOA, PSPO)
Aufgaben
- Analyze and document business processes
- Produce clear functional specifications
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams
- Lead user acceptance testing
- Support project teams in tool selection
