In this role, you will be at the forefront of AI governance, shaping policies and frameworks while collaborating with diverse teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, training employees, and ensuring compliance with evolving AI regulations.

Anforderungen

• •University degree or equivalent in management, informatics, business administration, finance, or related field
• •Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal
• •Proficient user of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• •Analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Familiarity with AI regulations, data management, and risk management
• •Familiarity with data science and/or machine learning concepts, experience in implementing AI use cases and managing AI projects is a plus
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Project management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Fluent in English, German is an advantage

Aufgaben

• •Lead the design and implementation of AI governance frameworks
• •Support the development of policies, standards, and best practices for AI
• •Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks associated with AI use
• •Stay updated on the latest AI regulations to ensure company compliance
• •Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to integrate AI governance into projects
• •Conduct training sessions on the safe and responsible use of AI
• •Monitor compliance with AI policies and procedures
• •Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of AI governance initiatives
• •Partner with regulators and industry groups on AI governance topics
• •Communicate AI governance concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
