- Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience governing a portfolio of concurrent initiatives
- Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Curious mindset with a track record of creative thinking
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers and Business Analysts
- Oversee the delivery of strategic, global projects and large-scale change initiatives
- Manage the Compliance transformation portfolio and prioritize initiatives
- Ensure alignment between project activities and the bank-wide transformation programme
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization in Compliance operations
- Lead strategic initiatives focused on technology enablement and data analytics
- Initiate new projects based on business needs and regulatory requirements
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to measuring success
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors for solution analysis
- Oversee project governance frameworks and facilitate steering committees
- Operate within an agile project environment to deliver incremental value
- Perform ad hoc business analysis and provide support to other projects
