- Solid understanding of client-facing applications, UX processes, and software development
- Experience in application testing, including UAT, defect tracking, and test case creation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create and maintain clear, detailed feature documentation
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL) and experience with Avaloq AFP
- Passion for improving user experiences and maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills, with ability to grasp complex ideas and explain them to different audiences
- Collaborative mindset, working closely with Private Clients platform teams
- Fluency in both English and German
Aufgaben
- Design user acceptance testing (UAT) cases
- Execute tests to validate new features
- Document bugs and issues during testing
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
- Maintain comprehensive feature documentation
- Work with UX, core banking, and CRM/CLM teams
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes
- Assist in training internal teams on tools and processes
- Keep technical and user documentation up to date
- Ensure clear communication across all organizational levels
