Business Analyst / Compliance Projects(m/w/x)
Supporting transition to new Transaction Monitoring platform for global wealth manager. Business Analyst experience in banking/Compliance projects required. 12-month contract, advanced banking technology.
Anforderungen
- Proven Business Analyst experience, ideally in banking/Compliance (TM, CRM, AML projects)
- University degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related
- Relevant certifications (PMI‑PBA or CBAP) are a plus
- Good understanding of Transaction Monitoring and/or AML Client Risk Scoring is an asset
- Demonstrated experience in SIT/UAT coordination, test planning, and validation
- Strong analytical mindset and constructive process challenging ability
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with Business, IT, and vendor teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong data analytics and IT skills (advanced Excel/Powerpoint a must; additional tools a plus)
- Fluency in English and French
- Swiss domicile
Aufgaben
- Ensure solution meets business requirements
- Support transition to new Transaction Monitoring platform
- Lead end-to-end UAT phase
- Coordinate parallel-run stage
- Translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Support UAT preparation and execution
- Train and guide users during UAT
- Manage daily test governance meetings
- Document and prioritize defects
- Maintain test artefacts
- Report on progress and risks
- Contribute to operational readiness
- Track and reconcile alert volumes
- Support adoption of new tools and processes
- Develop training materials
- Act as point of contact for new solutions
- Ensure smooth and controlled go-live
