Aufgaben
- Plan, execute, monitor, and document DSP manufacturing campaigns
- Serve as the manufacturing subject matter expert for assigned products
- Ensure compliant, safe, efficient, and reliable production
- Act as the Functional Lead for manufacturing activities
- Support plant operations
- Lead risk assessments and process improvements
- Provide technical expertise for capital projects, commissioning, qualification, and operational readiness
- Oversee DSP manufacturing campaigns, ensuring execution, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain technical expertise
- Drive risk management activities, including SHE, EM, operational, cleaning, and product risk assessments
- Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
- Maintain GMP documentation such as SOPs, manufacturing instructions, risk assessments, and records
- Train and support manufacturing personnel
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Represent manufacturing in capital projects, providing technical input for facility design, equipment selection, commissioning, qualification, and technology transfers
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as a manufacturing representative during customer audits, inspections, and strategic cross-functional projects
