- Oversee microbial fermentation manufacturing campaigns
- Prepare and implement EHS and cleaning risk analyses
- Establish and review electronic batch records
- Perform manufacturing activities according to cGMP guidelines
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Review documentation and manage deviations
- Handle change requests and CAPAs
- Contribute to capital investment projects
- Commission and qualify manufacturing units
- Train operators
- Represent your area during audits and customer visits
