Banking Specialist - OTC Derivatives Processing(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- Relevant experience in back-office order processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactivity, positive attitude, and adaptability to fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- High attention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to learn
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Good knowledge of Avaloq system
- Solid technical know-how in Derivatives
- Knowledge of French and German (a plus)
Aufgaben
- Validate orders
- Match confirmations
- Reconcile cash and positions
- Investigate and resolve open breaks
- Process listed option transfers
- Collaborate with Banking Operations for efficiency
- Process OTC Equity and FX derivative products
- Handle Interest Rate Swaps, Listed Options, and Futures
- Follow up to resolve trade exceptions and discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve outstanding reconciliation breaks
- Manage Derivatives operational delivery within SLAs and KPIs
- Prevent losses, breaches, and mitigate risks
- Escalate operational risks to Manager for solutions
- Support Manager with process efficiency and improvement
- Update information in Key Operating Procedures (KOP)
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required
