Anforderungen
- Prior experience in Corporate Banking
- Working knowledge of broad spectrum of products
- Experience with clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance and securities
- Credit trained, lead role in establishing counterparty creditworthiness
- Experienced at client planning and coordinating input
- Strong knowledge of Accounting and Corporate Finance
- Advanced Financial Modelling experience
- Banking background from reputable firm with first class training
- Degree level with minimum grade of 2:1 or equivalent experience
- Degree in related discipline advantageous
- Analytical - Assimilating new information quickly and relating to client needs
- Proactivity, identifying new business opportunities and developing recommendations
- Organizational - Managing business across large client portfolio
- Verbal and Written communication of complex client relationships
- Understanding of bank and client tolerances and negotiation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, creating and sustaining client contacts
- Energetic and curious self-starter, taking initiative and following through
- Networking - maintaining close contact with product and risk specialists
- Team Player - working in partnership on projects
- Excellent computer skills
- Risk assessment and valuation
- Leadership in team oriented environment
- German language helpful but not a requirement
Aufgaben
- Provide financial advisory services for strategic transactions
- Support capital-raising and debt financing projects
- Build and grow long-term client relationships
- Orchestrate delivery of Citi's global product platform
- Develop integrated financing strategies
- Act as primary point of contact for clients
- Support Swiss domiciled clients in Industrials and Consumer sectors
- Maintain significant client contact through face-to-face and phone interactions
- Understand and address clients' complex global banking needs
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with client head office teams
- Engage clients to deliver Citi’s full product set globally
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with product partners
- Assist senior banker in defining and executing network strategy
- Develop and articulate cohesive client strategies
- Support origination and execution of Corporate Finance Transactions
- Grow revenue from assigned client relationships
- Implement calling plans for business development
- Manage individual client risk with the Risk team
- Supervise and develop junior bankers
- Analyze and adapt performance results to optimize strategy
