Anforderungen
- Deep Azure expertise across networking, identity, security, computer, storage, containers, and data services
- Proven architecture leadership in regulated environments
- Strong security foundation (Defender, Sentinel, Key Vault, Conditional Access, PIM)
- Hybrid connectivity experience (ExpressRoute/VPN) and enterprise patterns
- Experience with SaaS integration and impact analysis for platforms like Avaloq
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support operations
- Professional English; German, French or Italian is a plus
- Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-104, AZ‑305, AZ-700) or equivalent are advantageous
- Familiarity with banking SaaS ecosystems and compliance frameworks
- Knowledge of identity standards (OIDC/OAuth2, SAML), experience with Power BI enterprise deployment and data governance, FinOps and cost governance in multi‑subscription environments, hands‑on IaC (Terraform) and pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub)

- Design and evolve the Azure Landing Zone
- Embed security controls and ensure regulatory compliance
- Evaluate impacts of SaaS changes on Azure architecture
- Architect network connectivity solutions aligned with zero-trust principles
- Manage Entra ID integration and access lifecycles
- Implement observability and resilience measures
- Maintain architectural blueprints and documentation
- Oversee maintenance of Azure Kubernetes Clusters
- Provide hands-on support during critical incidents
- Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams
