Audit - Senior Associate / Assistant Manager - Private Equity / Asset Management(m/w/x)
Auditing private equity and asset management firms with complex investment valuations. Progress towards or completion of Swiss CPA, US CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification required. Work across rotating construction sites, 4-day work week.
Anforderungen
- University degree in accounting, finance, or related field; progress towards or completion of Swiss CPA, US CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- At least 3+ years audit experience (minimum three busy seasons), ideally with focus on asset management, private equity, or private markets clients at Big 4 or comparable firm
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and/or Lux GAAP and Swiss GAAP (OR, Swiss GAAP FER), understanding of SEC filing requirements as a plus
- Familiarity with FINMA regulatory requirements and experience conducting supervisory audits is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset and high quality standards, ability to interpret complex financial data and investment structures
- Experience with or interest in digital audit transformation, automation tools, and data analytics
- Excellent communication skills in English; German skills are a plus
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
Aufgaben
- Plan and execute financial statement audits
- Comply with US GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAP, and Swiss GAAP
- Audit complex investment valuations
- Ensure accuracy in private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate
- Assess clients' compliance with FINMA regulations
- Conduct supervisory audits per guidelines
- Prepare audit files for Partner review
- Present findings to management and Boards of Directors
- Leverage digital audit tools and data analytics
- Structure and visualize actionable insights
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support clients on technical accounting and regulatory matters
- Collaborate with international teams
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Coach and mentor junior team members
- Provide active feedback and knowledge sharing
