Anforderungen

  • •University degree in Business Administration, International Development, Public Policy, Global Health, or relevant field
  • •Business process improvement or organizational change experience
  • •Working knowledge of project management principles in multicultural settings
  • •Relevant experience in strategy management, process and performance management, and project management
  • •Change management expertise with ability to deliver impactful changes
  • •Experience managing and delivering on timelines with tight deadlines
  • •Effective stakeholder management at operational and management levels
  • •Experience preparing high-quality, professional documents for senior audience
  • •Experience within multi-cultural and international environments
  • •2-4 years relevant experience in transformations, organizational effectiveness, strategy, or performance improvement
  • •Experience serving in a support capacity with Executive leaders
  • •In-country work experience in LMICs/countries with programs supported by The Global Fund
