Aufgaben

• Drive customer projects and studies from start to finish
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Manage project timelines and track milestones
• Deliver regular updates to customers
• Coordinate technical and service aspects of studies
• Finalize label and study specifications with customers
• Attend on-site client meetings when required
• Maintain accurate study documentation and filing systems
• Ensure compliance and traceability across project activities
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners
• Prepare services and materials for study start-up
• Communicate critical paths and deliverable ownership
• Provide high-quality reports to customers
• Develop label specifications and label proofs
• Create print documentation using internal systems
• Support Associate and Project Managers as backup
• Ensure quote accuracy and support financial forecasting
• Monitor day-to-day project activities
• Oversee customer-approved job specifications
• Collect and validate study design information
• Verify label text and regulatory details
• Coordinate shipments with the logistics team
• Log and manage issues in TrackWise
• Support investigations and continuous improvement
• Manage established customer accounts and profiles
• Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) consistently
