• 8-10 years clinical operations project management
• Expert knowledge of clinical development regulations
• Oncology, Neurology, or Immunology TA experience
• Clinical operations experience in CRO or pharma
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Aptitude for interpreting analytical tools
• Risk assessment and decision-making ability

• Onboard and train new clinical team members

• Represent site management in clinical trial teams
• Assess data-driven proposals for country and site selection

• Design country start-up and recruitment strategies
• Implement decentralized clinical trial and digital solutions
• Manage service providers' timelines, budget, and quality
• Develop risk-based monitoring and site oversight plans
