- Drive collaboration across Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and R&D teams
- Ensure successful integration of externally developed products into BD systems
- Manage governance processes, executive reviews, and risk assessments
- Identify and mitigate program risks while maintaining execution discipline
- Support strategic partnership initiatives and evaluate new external development opportunities
- Deliver programs on time, within scope, and in compliance with BD standards
- Create alignment across complex global organizations and external partners
- Build trusted relationships with distributors, OEMs, and third-party development partners
- Drive informed decision-making through structured planning and risk management
- Enable seamless product integration and successful market launches
