- Background in consumer packaged goods, consumer technology, or consumer-facing industries preferred, not required; pharma/biotech experience a plus
- Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus
Aufgaben
- Provide regional operational leadership for omnichannel execution
- Ensure delivery outcomes and execution quality
- Lead intake, prioritization, and coordination of omnichannel initiatives
- Balance global expectations with local market needs
- Manage complex dependencies across content, data, platforms, approvals, and partners
- Ensure coordinated execution across digital and field-enabled interactions
- Drive sequencing and orchestration to reduce fragmentation
- Establish consistent execution quality standards
- Maintain content accuracy, user experience, accessibility, and compliance
- Apply a product delivery mindset for repeatability and scalability
- Define and reinforce effective omnichannel delivery standards
- Identify and address systemic execution challenges
- Establish operational governance for omnichannel delivery
- Ensure compliance with European regulatory and privacy requirements
- Serve as the primary operational lead for external partners
- Set clear expectations for partner delivery timelines and quality
