Anforderungen
- •Enjoyment of solving problems

- •Willingness to learn from mistakes
- •Bachelor's or master's degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Mathematics, or related fields
- •Valuable work or internship experience
- •Curiosity and self-motivation

- •Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python
- •Exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis 'Rising Star' modules
- •Analytical and creative thinking skills
- •Focus on creating and adding value for customers
- •Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to multi-task
- •Ability to build relationships with senior management
- •Confidence to present to C-level executives
- •Willingness to travel to the DACH region
- •Effective communication skills
- •Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben
- •Support the DACH Value Engineering team on customer engagements
- •Collaborate with customers to identify core business challenges
- •Determine how Celonis Process Intelligence can meet business objectives
- •Execute proof projects to demonstrate the value of Celonis Process Intelligence
- •Frame quantitative business value and present to senior executives
- •Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs
- •Implement traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions
- •Drive change management and ensure positive return on investment
- •Build strong relationships with customers through technical expertise
- •Act as a trusted advisor using business acumen
- •Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams
- •Influence and co-develop AI product innovations
- •Create reusable collateral and best practices for the Global VE Center
- •Travel to the DACH region for in-person client meetings
