- Advise leadership on high-impact commercial matters
- Steward relationships with external law firms
- Manage and optimize legal spend
- Partner with senior business and functional leaders
- Supervise litigation to ensure business-aligned outcomes
- Mentor teams on ethics and compliance
- Collaborate with corporate functions on enterprise initiatives
- Update the Chief Counsel on legal trends
- Support regional innovation and business growth
