Aufgaben
- Lead the accounting team both technically and disciplinarily
- Develop and motivate team members
- Serve as the main contact for all departments regarding financial inquiries
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with UGB and IFRS
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of financial reports
- Drive continuous optimization of departmental processes
- Monitor tax planning and liquidity processes
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Collaborate closely with auditors, tax advisors, and banks
- Represent the company during audits
