- Build a group-wide architecture function
- Define reference and target-state architecture principles
- Chair the architecture review board
- Arbitrate design decisions across solos
- Ensure alignment between architecture and data centre consolidation
- Own architecture governance, standards, and exception handling
- Deliver a comprehensive target architecture blueprint
- Define architecture principles and ADRs
- Create a migration pattern catalogue
- Provide solution architecture sign-offs for migration waves
- Contribute to business case development
- Understand customer needs and constraints
- Apply industry knowledge and best practices
- Develop high-level enterprise-wide IT architecture
- Map IT capabilities to business needs
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Provide comprehensive knowledge of solutions
- Communicate and influence customers
- Sell solutions using in-depth technology knowledge
- Understand customer business and industry
