- Ability to communicate with management, business, IT, and vendor
- Independent, efficient, proactive, and meticulous ways of working
- Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in troubleshooting general IT issues
- MCSA certification, ITIL foundation certification, or similar education
- English (business fluent, C1/C2), German (basic, A2)
Aufgaben
- Provide end-to-end 1st and 2nd level support for the Securities Lending and Borrowing solution
- Ensure system availability and manage run-the-bank issues
- Handle system releases to maintain seamless operations
- Support business colleagues in their daily tasks and conduct investigations
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements for systems and processes
- Participate in daily routines and ceremonies as part of an agile organization
- Contribute expertise to quarterly Program Increment Planning (PI)
- Act as a liaison between the team, Central IT, and external vendors
