- Proficiency in operational tools (JBoss, Oracle, TAFJ, DSF, Octopus, Splunk, Dynatrace)
- Familiarity with TPH module (advantageous)
- Good Linux know-how (shell scripting advantageous)
- Knowledge of Java application server (advantageous)
- Knowledge of AWA scheduler (advantageous)
- Knowledge of ITIL Foundation
- Proven experience in banking with strong financial product knowledge
- Process-oriented and analytical approach
- Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills
- Highly motivated and proactive with eagerness to learn
- Good written and spoken English
- German language skills (plus)
Aufgaben
- Ensure reliable operation of core banking applications
- Process incident tickets within SLAs
- Coordinate with incident managers, application owners, and IT stakeholders
- Take on-call duty weekly (7x24)
- Administer change requests for application processes
- Participate in weekend releases
- Engage in projects for operational aspects of applications
- Perform routine data cleansing
- Optimize and automate repetitive tasks
- Hand over tasks to L1 (Control Center)
- Update application operation documentation
