Anforderungen

  • •Engineering degree, ideally in Chemistry
  • •Experience managing a team in laboratory/manufacturing/industrialization environment
  • •Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

  • •Excellent analytics and IT skills, advanced MS Excel, VBA programming, and data visualization tools
  • •Mastering lean management concepts with proven practical experiences

  • •Lead and manage a team of 12 technicians
  • •Ensure team safety and business continuity
  • •Monitor internal sample orders for punctuality
  • •Improve application production processes
  • •Guarantee accuracy and availability of stock materials
  • •Record and trace data in software for analysis
  • •Infuse a safety and lean mindset in the team
  • •Coach and lead workshops aligned with Lab 4.0 strategy
  • •Participate in cross-regional task forces for laboratory services
  • •Report and monitor KPIs, including budget management
