- Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, Reporting, AI & Agentic technologies
- Strong skills in value modeling, decision support, business case building (ROI/TCO), benefits hypotheses, value quantification, trade-off communication with data/narratives
- Hands-on experience with portfolio cadences, ways of working (roadmaps, OKRs, agile planning, stage gates), stakeholder facilitation for prioritization/steering
- Working understanding of AI/ML, GenAI/agentic systems, delivery lifecycle concepts (data sourcing, development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring), and translation between technical/business stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, ability to influence without formal authority, driving alignment across business units
- High-quality writing and documentation skills (strategy briefs, business cases, steering packs)
- Exposure to Responsible AI, security, privacy, regulatory expectations (NIST AI RMF, GDPR, EU AI Act principles) (plus)
- Ability to influence without authority across complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Business-fluent English required; German is an advantage

- Translate corporate priorities into AI and Data roadmaps.
- Ensure strong discipline in strategy definition.
- Manage portfolio for value realization.
- Ensure strong financial governance.
- Implement AI risk, security, and compliance guardrails.
- Coordinate strategic planning across business units.
- Govern portfolio execution across business units.
- Oversee risk and compliance stewardship.
- Track value realization across business units.
- Contribute to ADAO's North Star and multi-year strategy.
- Support capability and platform planning.
- Design the target operating model.
- Conduct external and internal benchmarking.
- Translate executive priorities into annual plans and quarterly OKRs.
- Break strategic themes into a portfolio of initiatives.
- Define measurable outcomes, dependencies, and release milestones.
- Operate the intake process for AI, data, and agentic demand.
- Structure use cases and clarify problem statements.
- Define value hypotheses.
- Build lightweight business cases including benefits, cost, risk, and change impact.
- Maintain the portfolio backlog and scoring model.
- Facilitate trade-off decisions.
- Align delivery capacity across Pods and teams.
- Establish baselines and measurement plans.
- Define KPI trees and adoption metrics.
- Track realized value like savings, revenue, and risk reduction.
- Conduct benefits reviews with business owners and Finance.
- Prepare steering materials and portfolio health dashboards.
- Support stage gates.
- Document and trace decisions, assumptions, and actions.
- Establish and operationalize an enterprise Data Governance framework.
- Define Data Governance policies, standards, and ownership models.
- Implement quality controls and metadata practices.
- Govern data products in partnership with business units.
- Coordinate communications and adoption plans for AI initiatives.
- Support rollout playbooks, training, and stakeholder alignment.
- Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
