- Advanced academic background (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related quantitative field
- 4+ years industry experience in machine learning
- Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices and tools
- Fluency with Python

- Experience with Rust or SonarQube flagship languages (C#, C++, JS/TS, Java) is a plus
- Expertise in post-training of large language models

- Verifier-based RL frameworks (RLVR)
- Supervised fine-tuning (SFT)
- Data-centric AI methods, including synthetic data and curation
- Parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT)
- Preference and Safety Alignment
- Experience driving research projects, delivering findings and prototypes, and converting them into products
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Talent for explaining complex scientific topics clearly and concisely
- Willingness to be based in Geneva

- Develop and implement advanced products for post-training models
- Enable customers to post-train models for agentic coding practices
- Generate high-quality code meeting enterprise standards
- Adhere to software development best practices
- Collaborate with researchers, research engineers, MLOps, and engineers
- Design hypotheses and experiments
- Iterate proofs-of-concept quickly
- Develop successful prototypes into cutting-edge products
- Contribute and discuss ideas within a cross-disciplinary team
- Drive the next generation of coding model post-training for enterprises
- Stay up-to-date with the latest LLM and agentic developments
- Explain complex technical details and concepts to technical audiences
- Explain complex technical details and concepts to non-technical audiences
