Expanding aftermarket business for ElmoRietschle brand flow and industrial solutions at global supplier with 40+ brands. Several years of sales and service experience required. 30 days vacation, flexible working hours.
Anforderungen
- Degree in engineering, engineering technology, business administration, or comparable technical field
- Several years of professional experience in sales and service
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness to travel
- Very good written and spoken English skills; other languages are an advantage
- Several years of management experience desirable
- At least 5 years of experience in aftermarket, service, or commercial environment in industrial or technical industries
- Good knowledge of vacuum and pressure technologies is an advantage
- Proven track record of increasing business growth and customer satisfaction
- Experience in leading high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English; other European languages are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Expand the aftermarket business for the ElmoRietschle brand in the EMEA region
- Develop business-specific and regional aftermarket goals from corporate objectives
- Create commercial aftermarket offerings aligned with business strategies
- Identify growth opportunities in service offerings, spare parts, and digital solutions
- Implement and optimize standard processes in the aftermarket
- Analyze, monitor, and report on business performance and KPIs
- Collaborate with service managers for consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Support and train the regional sales team in developing service offerings
- Promote cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, product management, operations, and finance
