As an Aftermarket Manager for the EMEA region, you will focus on expanding the aftermarket business and developing strategies that align with corporate goals. Your role involves identifying growth opportunities, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across locations.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in engineering, engineering technology, business administration, or comparable technical field
• •Several years of professional experience in sales and service
• •Entrepreneurial thinking
• •Willingness to travel
• •Very good written and spoken English skills; other languages are an advantage
• •Several years of management experience desirable
• •At least 5 years of experience in aftermarket, service, or commercial environment in industrial or technical industries
• •Good knowledge of vacuum and pressure technologies is an advantage
• •Proven track record of increasing business growth and customer satisfaction
• •Experience in leading high-performing teams
• •Strong analytical skills
• •Excellent communication skills in fluent English; other European languages are an advantage

Aufgaben

• •Expand the aftermarket business for the ElmoRietschle brand in the EMEA region
• •Develop business-specific and regional aftermarket goals from corporate objectives
• •Create commercial aftermarket offerings aligned with business strategies
• •Identify growth opportunities in service offerings, spare parts, and digital solutions
• •Implement and optimize standard processes in the aftermarket
• •Analyze, monitor, and report on business performance and KPIs
• •Collaborate with service managers for consistent, high-quality service delivery
• •Support and train the regional sales team in developing service offerings
• •Promote cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, product management, operations, and finance
