Anforderungen
- Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in product development and design
- Solid knowledge of CAD software and design tools
- Experience with engineering calculations
- Knowledge of project management and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience collaborating with universities or research institutes (advantageous)
- Familiarity with supply chain collaboration and supplier selection
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of optimizing and managing existing products
- Business-fluent English skills
Aufgaben
- Implement product strategy for development, introduction, and maintenance
- Develop Engineering in all dimensions
- Achieve technical excellence, leadership, and innovation
- Define organizational structure to meet objectives
- Manage and coach the Engineering team
- Inspire and build strong, cooperative teams
- Develop and propose the engineering budget and investment plan
- Monitor budget execution and provide forecasts
- Manage engineering processes according to group policy
- Embrace and improve Q-SHEE policy, vision, and culture
- Organize PCM meetings and ensure action plan implementation
- Escalate blockages in PCM meetings
- Participate in PSM meetings
- Update schedules for new technologies and product introductions
- Lead and deploy electrical accreditation training
