- Support medical leadership during absences and workload peaks
- Handle scheduling and communication between clients and doctors
- Coordinate logistics for treatments, samples, and service bookings
- Provide administrative support to psychiatry and medical teams
- Maintain structured workflows
- Facilitate cross-department communication
- Operate HBOT, Cryotherapy, and Infrared Sauna devices after training
- Guide clients through treatment sessions
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and proper documentation
- Support QMS tasks
- Conduct audits
- Control SOPs and documents
- Track training and compliance
