- Coordinate contract reviews and internal approvals
- Raise and manage purchase requests
- Track and manage the team expense budget
- Update monthly actuals and budget forecasts
- Coordinate logistics for boards and materials
- Manage shipping of loaner equipment
- Handle shipping documentation and export control alignment
- Maintain inventories of loaner tools and equipment
- Manage loaner agreements and tracking
- Support NDA creation, tracking, and extensions
- Collaborate with Legal on contract documentation
- Organize business travel and logistics
- Process expense reports using SAP Concur
- Support local office organization in Düsseldorf
- Manage site-specific administrative activities
