- •High interest and good knowledge of licensed online gaming
- •Outstanding personal relationship management skills

- •Contribute to the account management team's strategic goals for growth and revenue
- •Conduct responsible gambling and AML interactions with customers
- •Identify potential new account customers through daily analysis and reporting
- •Resolve customer issues and disputes to ensure they feel valued
- •Collaborate with the account management team to maximize player retention
- •Ensure clear communication within the team to provide excellent customer service
- •Coordinate with the hospitality manager to organize events and enhance customer experience
- •Engage with customers via phone, live chat, email, and WhatsApp
