- •Strong messaging skills in English and German
- •Experience in a scaling startup (10-100 employees)

- •Define account success metrics
- •Identify upsell opportunities
- •Reduce churn rates
- •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
- •Document effective processes for scaling
- •Onboard new accounts to accelerate time-to-value
- •Run strategic campaigns for customer retention and expansion
- •Analyze usage patterns to identify risks and opportunities
- •Create meaningful touchpoints throughout the customer journey
- •Partner with Sales for efficient land-and-expand efforts
