- Proven track-record servicing banking clients
- Successful completion of internal AM PB training
- Good knowledge of market, legal, regulatory environment

Aufgaben
- Collaborate with Relationship Manager and Team Head on client outreach
- Demonstrate professional, personal, and social skills in client interactions
- Manage operational client account tasks independently
- Provide clients with relevant information
- Support Relationship Manager in implementing customized solutions
- Act as a role model for service quality
- Embody Julius Baer values (Care, Passion, Excellence)
- Help manage and grow the client base
- Channel client feedback to relevant individuals and departments
- Ensure excellent account administration
- Support Relationship Managers in client relationship management
- Participate in client meetings and lead specific parts
- Clear tasks and system alerts directly or via Relationship Manager
- Maintain high-quality client relationship documentation
- Process client orders and manage account activities
- Prepare and update KYC documentation with Relationship Managers
- Focus on AML monitoring and regulatory notifications
- Interact professionally with clients in all account management aspects
- Compile presentations and draft investment proposals
- Support marketing activities
- Solve administrative issues and maintain systems and documentation
- Organize business trips and client meetings
- Deputize for peers and Relationship Managers during absences
