Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- •5+ years of relevant professional experience
- •Experience engaging with business leaders at senior executive level
- •Proven track record of influencing engagement at senior executive level
- •Capacity for critical thinking and collaboration across matrix organizations
- •Outstanding communication skills and command of English
- •Strong service orientation and entrepreneurial attitude
- •Ability to travel up to 40% for Partners visits

- •Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key executives
- •Develop an in-depth understanding of partners' strategies and priorities
- •Create tailored engagement plans to address partners' priorities
- •Onboard senior executives into the Forum ecosystem
- •Visit partners regularly to discuss their priorities and build agendas
- •Document all partner interactions in Salesforce
- •Notify relevant stakeholders about actions for effective partner engagement
- •Monitor partner news and engagement quality across industries and events
- •Identify risks for engagement and communicate detected risks
- •Translate opportunities for expanded partner engagement into upgrades
- •Manage partners' participation in Forum events
- •Support the development of agendas and executive briefings for events
- •Ensure smooth offboarding of partners when required
- •Monitor and manage partner engagement metrics for retention
- •Utilize Salesforce to document partner information effectively
- •Collaborate with internal stakeholders for optimal partner engagement
