Aufgaben
- Accelerate business growth in Germany
- Support the Hamburg team
- Introduce Vistar Media to potential users
- Answer client questions before and after campaigns
- Handle various client requests
- Serve as the primary client contact
- Convince clients of the solution's value
- Maintain daily client communication
- Onboard new clients with platform run-throughs
- Consult clients on strategic plans
- Recommend new technology and features
- Provide best practices
- Conduct regular client health checks
- Ensure clients maximize platform benefits
- Communicate with internal creative and development teams
- Collaborate with external media owners and data partners
- Build strong relationships with clients and industry network
- Advocate for the platform and product
