- 8+ years programmatic advertising, SSP/DSP partnerships, or agency sales
- Established network within DACH agency holding groups
- Building and scaling strategic partnerships
- Understanding of RTB, PMPs, and programmatic deal structures
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Engaging at senior stakeholder level
- Professional working proficiency in English and German
Aufgaben
- Lead and grow strategic relationships with major agency holding groups and media agencies
- Establish ConnectAd as a preferred SSP partner within agency ecosystems
- Drive long-term partnerships and measurable revenue growth through programmatic deal strategies
- Develop senior relationships with key media agencies across DACH
- Act as a strategic partner and advisor to programmatic and investment teams
- Drive revenue growth through PMP deals, curated marketplaces, and supply strategy optimization
- Build and manage a high-value agency pipeline
- Convert pipeline into revenue
- Lead commercial negotiations and partnership agreements
- Develop and execute account growth strategies
- Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver partner-focused solutions
- Deliver business reviews, insights, and performance reporting
- Represent ConnectAd at industry events and senior stakeholder meetings
