Anforderungen
- •B.S., M.S. or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or equivalent in Biological Sciences
- •Experience in Sales with strong business development, negotiation, and sales/closing skills
- •Residence in assigned territory North Rhine Westphalia, Germany
- •Current knowledge of cell analysis, genomics, and pathology market trends
- •Sound knowledge of cellular and molecular methodologies including metabolomics, transcriptomics, NGS, IHC
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- •Strong teamwork ability both internally and externally
- •Highly motivated with excellent self-management and organizational skills
- •General proficiency with IT and software/database sales tools

- •Drive Agilent Technologies solutions in Cell and Molecular Research
- •Develop professional sales relationships with customers
- •Create and execute a territory development plan for sales growth
- •Collaborate with Agilent technical experts
- •Achieve sales targets and manage quota in assigned geography
- •Implement successful strategies to sell Agilent instrumentation solutions
- •Proactively drive the sales cycle and forecast sales accurately
- •Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- •Represent the company to customers and relay customer feedback
- •Prospect for new customers and opportunities
- •Generate leads and sales for assigned accounts or territories
- •Promote products and inform customers of new introductions
- •Collaborate with Agilent channels and Remote Account Managers
- •Work with Expert Channel on key marketing programs
- •Solve a range of problems of varying scope and complexity
- •Provide updates, expense reporting, and other business process requirements
