- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Category Management, or Business Development
- Proven expertise in eCommerce and trade marketing
- Strong influencing and problem-solving skills
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong conceptual and implementation abilities
- Excellent organisational skills and comfort with CRM systems, Excel, task trackers, and reports
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus

- Identify and target new business opportunities
- Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies
- Boost revenue and brand visibility across online and offline channels
- Create and implement growth concepts from ideation to execution
- Lead cross-functional projects with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
