Anforderungen
- 3+ years field experience closing net new logos and expanding accounts
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
- Co-selling with AWS, GCP, Azure, and large GSIs
- Skilled in building business champions
- Driven and competitive with strong desire to succeed
- Must live in territory
- Passion for growing career in database software market
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
- Familiarity with databases, develops, and cloud native infrastructure a plus
Aufgaben
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Close sales pipeline
- Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users
- Build strong relationships for growth
- Partner with Solution Architects
- Collaborate with Professional Services team
- Work with ecosystem and channel partners
- Maximize deal sizes
- Participate in sales enablement trainings
- Attend Sales Bootcamp
- Engage in leadership and development programs
