Anforderungen
- 3+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS, complex/technical product, or energy solutions sales
- Ability to manage and close multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or energy-adjacent verticals
- Conceptual thinking and business case building
- Comfort with ambiguity and process shaping
- Self-assuredness with constructive pushback ability
- Professional proficiency in German (C2)
- English proficiency
- Willingness to work within structured qualification framework
- Experience at Series A/B startup
- Familiarity with energy management, sustainability, or climate-tech
- Hands-on CRM tools experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Existing network in German Mittelstand / manufacturing SMB
Aufgaben
- Own new customer acquisition in the manufacturing mid-market
- Own the deal cycle from lead to close
- Run discovery calls
- Conduct solution demos
- Deliver business case presentations to decision makers
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals with technical and commercial buyers
- Manage a structured, multi-stage sales process
- Communicate customer-specific business cases with measurable ROI
- Drive pipeline with Marketing & SDR
- Work with SDR-qualified leads
- Contribute to pipeline generation through your network
- Conduct strategic outreach for self-sourced opportunities
- Manage multiple concurrent deals
- Improve the sales process and CRM
- Follow our structured qualification and closing framework
- Embrace disciplined deal management
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene
- Track opportunities, activities, and deal stages accurately
- Use data to prioritize pipeline and flag risks
- Provide product and market feedback to the Product team
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct on-site visits to deepen trust
- Become a trusted advisor to manufacturing SMBs
- Advise on energy cost optimization and transition
