Aufgaben
- Support daily operations of European 3PL fulfilment network
- Coordinate order fulfilment, shipping, returns, and exchanges
- Manage inventory activities, including stock control and cycle counts
- Handle logistics escalations and customer service issues
- Monitor carrier, courier, and warehouse performance
- Support order release, reservations, and back-order management
- Maintain logistics data, performance metrics, and operational documentation
- Assist with system maintenance, item setup, and ERP activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardized workflows
- Ensure compliance with logistics, import/export, quality, and regulatory requirements
