- Plan, design, analyze, and report data throughout project life cycle
- Act as subject matter expert for project teams, quality auditors, and external stakeholders
- Contribute to development, publishing, and reporting of project data
- Lead and develop a team of statisticians and SAS Programmers
- Perform statistical analyses and guide programmers
- Interpret and translate results into biomedical terms
- Prepare statistical data for reports and research papers
- Collaborate with Director of Academic Research to convert trial technologies into scientific processes
- Provide statistical expertise in study policies, protocols, implementation timelines, and data interpretation
- Ensure data management aligns with project protocols and requirements
- Prepare statistical analysis plans
- Oversee project data collection, management, and analysis
- Coordinate with project teams on data collection and analysis
- Prepare statistical sections of study reports and publications
- Assign and schedule studies and tasks to functional units
- Manage performance of direct reports
- Support project financial coordinators
- Promote team development through coaching, mentoring, and training
- Develop and deliver training on document user systems and quality processes
- Conduct new employee orientation
