- Ongoing career progression and passion for learning
- Msc in computer science or equivalent experience
- Management of scientific and experimental wet lab data in pharma context
- Life sciences data, including bioinformatics, computational chemistry, and biomedical research data
- Building backend systems for web applications using Django, SQLalchemy, Pydantic, PostgreSQL, DBT
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining relational data models with Python-based interfaces
- Cloud engineering in a compute-heavy environment, preferably on GCP

- Contribute to a world-class ML-based software platform
- Design and implement data services for storage and integration
- Ingest, transform, and serve scientific data for applications
- Build a state-of-the-art platform for high-velocity research
- Collaborate with scientists and ML researchers on projects
- Redefine drug design processes using AI
