As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will connect with employees and leaders, guiding them through HR processes while implementing strategies that enhance talent management and organizational development.

Anforderungen

• •Completed degree in HR, business, psychology, or comparable field
• •Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including some years as (Jr) HR Business Partner
• •Experience in talent management and knowledge of labor law
• •High service orientation and resilience
• •Confident demeanor with strong communication skills
• •German and English at business fluent level
• •Proficient in Google Suites or MS Office applications
• •Knowledge of SAP HR / Success Factors is advantageous

Aufgaben

• •Provide independent support and advice to leaders and employees on HR-related topics throughout the HR life cycle
• •Implement global and regional HR strategies within the local HR organization
• •Act as a liaison between the business and the Center of Excellence
• •Collaborate with employee representatives on personnel measures and negotiate works agreements
• •Lead and manage a student intern
